Shipping gets it there. Installation gets it play-ready.
Some customers want the playset shipped to their home. Others want our team to deliver and install it. We keep those options clear so you know exactly what's included before you pay.
A smooth install starts with a ready yard.
Before installation day, complete the preparation agreed with the team and make sure the area and access path are clear of furniture, toys and other obstacles. Tell us about trees, sprinkler heads or other fixed features when we plan the installation.
Need accessory or replacement-part guidance?
JBY can help identify replacement hardware, accessory options, and maintenance needs. Fit varies by playset model and dimensions, so confirm the details with our team before ordering.
